What document formats can I upload?

We currently support PDF and DOCX (Word) files. Make sure the document contains selectable text (not scanned images without OCR).

How do credits work?

Each document you process consumes a number of credits proportional to its size. You can buy credit packs from the credits screen inside the app. Credits don't expire while your account is active.

Can I recover a deleted document?

Deleted documents can't be recovered. The generated study material (flashcards and questions) remains available even if you delete the original document.

How do I turn off notifications?

You can disable reminder notifications in your device Settings → StudyForge → Notifications.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly from the app: go to Profile → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible — all your data, documents, and study progress will be erased.

I made a purchase but didn't receive my credits

Try logging out and back into the app. If the problem persists, write to us with your account email and the approximate date of the purchase and we'll resolve it.
